We are announcing Seibu New Factory Grand Opening on Sep 30th 2024 at Headquarter in Japan to meet the growing global demand for Seibu Wire EDM. Demand for our Wire EDM has been increasing due to high production of aerospece and medical in the US market, and smartphones, electronic components, and electric vehicles, as well as the growth of the semiconductor market in Asia. In response to the growing grobal product demand, we will strengthen the competitiveness of our business by accurately responding to demad services our customers require in terms of quality and delivery time.
A expanded manufacturing line for Wire EDM has been built on the first floor of the new factory, and by digitalizing the manufacturing process and introducing automated guided vehicles, monthly production capacity is expected to increase by approximately 1.5 times from 80-90 units to 120 units.
